Ishihara test, 38 plates. Part 1.

Автор: | 10.06.2024

Ishihara charts are a specialized color vision test developed by Professor Shinobu Ishihara in 1917. They are a set of pseudo-isochromatic plates, each containing an image consisting of randomly arranged colored dots. Inside these images are figures or numbers that should be visible to people with normal color vision, while people with red-green color vision deficiency may see other figures or nothing at all. Ishihara charts are used to diagnose color blindness and determine its type and severity.

There are several versions of these charts: abbreviated, consisting of 14 and 24 figures, and a full — 38 figures. They differ only in quantity, all figures from the abbreviated version are included in the full one. On our website you will find the full version. Under each figure there is a figure with the answer, as well as a detailed text description.
In addition to the online version of the Ishihara test, on our website you can download this test in PDF format.

You can also take the Velhagen Colour test on our website.

Our website also has a special trainer for colorblind people.
